My name is Lauren, 27 years old and mother of two wonderful boys, 2 and 4 years old. With my family, I live in Arnhem, but I grew up in Noordwijk, a small beach town. Sports and a healthy lifestyle is part of my DNA. Since my parents still live in Noordwijk, I have a good excuse to visit regularly, and go for a run on the beach. I love the energy that results after such a run! Since earlier this year, I am busy as a lifestyle influencer on social media. You will find everything that is of interest to me on my page. My main interests are sports and food, but also beauty, fashion, mindset, traveling, and so on. My broad interests are inspired by the wide variety of experiences in life.
